This American couple had us at hello. Evelyn and Rex knew right from the beginning what kind of wedding they wanted: beautiful scenery, full of history and above all, the delicious flavours that Portugal has to offer.
Rex is a professional chef so food was always an important element, starting from the Save The Date throughout the graphic pieces and decoration. This was the starting point, from here on rice and spices took place. But not only of flavours was this wedding made: a vintage tone (take a look at the bride), Motown and 90’s songs blend in together with modern interpretation of the Portuguese traditions. No other way could this be, being the venue an old convent located in “Vinho Verde” region and restored by the famous Portuguese architect Souto Moura. He was able to perfectly combine tradition with modern, resulting as one of the greatest Pousadas in Portugal.
Only Evelyn and Rex’s wedding could keep up with this beautiful setup, a three day event exploring Portugal that will be in our memories forever.
She is Belgium and he is Portuguese and decided to get married in the country of sun, Portugal! The sun was definitely present: glorious bright and shining.
Decoration was key in this wedding, the mission was to bring to life Jasmien’s Boho Chic Pinterest inspirational board. And so we made that happen: vintage sofas for the ceremony, each seat different from the other, cocktail lounge along the same line and a stunning seating chart matching the wedding’s color pallet: pastels colours and marsala.
Long wood tables were the option for the dinner set up, with warm colour flower arrangements and red apples placed on each plate. At night, the ferry lights brighten up the space, setting a comforting party mood perfect in a warm late summer night.
Simone and Rafael, a Brazilian couple who wanted their intimate celebration at the sunset. The ceremony had an amazing view to the sea that only Guincho (a place near Cascais and Lisbon) has to offer. The symbolic ceremony was full of emotion and a very special one to organize for such a good energy couple.
Right from the beginning, Simone and Rafael wanted to celebrate with their family and friends so we have planned a real Sunset party with live music, drinks, a fun Photo Booth, lounge area and happiness on the dance floor.
The sun has set, and our couple was already with their hearts full by the time dinner was served, also an intimate and warming moment with a decoration full of flowers and the comforting lights of the candles to finish the night.
